Data
The model underlying this risk score estimation was developed and validated on patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 from 39 hospitals in the state of Michigan, who were discharged between March 5, 2020 and August 14, 2020. These data come from the Mi-COVID19 registry .
The ages of the patients used in the model derivation ranged from 19 to 103 years and the creatinine levels ranged from .34 to 15 mg/dL. Using any values outside of this range in prediction should be considered extrapotation.
